How we handle your work, your data and your money, in plain language. If anything here is unclear, ask us before you send a request.
What we collect, what we use it for, and who sees your work — which is nobody but the people doing it.
The details you give us in the request form — your name, programme, institution, email, phone or WhatsApp number, topic and what you need — and the documents and data you send us during an engagement.
Only to reply to your request, do the work you asked for and keep a record of the engagement. We do not sell your details, and we do not send you marketing unless you ask for it.
Your drafts, data, topic and results are confidential. Only the consultants working on your engagement see them. We never show, publish or share them with anyone else — your institution and supervisor included — without your permission.
We do not reuse your work, your data or your topic as a sample or template for another client.
Only if the law requires it. If that ever happens, we tell you unless the law forbids us to.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. See the data-retention and deletion policy for how.
How an engagement is agreed, what each side is responsible for, and what we cannot promise.
The End Research & Educational Consult provides research guidance, research-methods advice, data analysis, editing and proofreading, referencing, and academic and career document support.
Sending a request commits you to nothing. An engagement starts when you accept our written quote and, where the quote says so, make the first payment.
We do the work described in the quote. Anything outside it is quoted separately before we do it.
Give us accurate information, the documents and data the work needs, and your deadline. The work you submit to your institution is yours, and meeting its rules is your responsibility — see the academic-integrity policy.
Do the agreed work to a professional standard, on the agreed timeline, and tell you straight away if anything puts that timeline at risk.
A grade, a pass or a panel’s decision. Those rest with your institution and examiners.
We may update these terms. The version in force on the day you accepted your quote applies to that engagement.
You always see the cost in writing first, and you pay only for what you agreed to.
The fee is confirmed in writing before you book, and is settled before or at the session.
Quoted on scope, in writing. Whether you pay in full or in parts is agreed in writing before any work starts.
Mobile Money or bank transfer. The payment details come with your quote. Use your docket number as the payment reference.
Every payment is confirmed in writing.
A consultation can be moved at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancel before we start and we refund everything you have paid. Cancel once work has started and we refund the part that covers work not yet done. Delivered work is not refunded; if it falls short of the agreed brief, we revise it under the revision policy.
Revisions are part of the work, not an extra — within the scope we agreed.
Two rounds of revisions on the work we deliver, at no extra cost.
Changes your supervisor or panel asks for on the work we did are covered, as long as they stay within the agreed scope.
Reply to us with your docket number and the comments, within 30 days of delivery.
A new chapter, a changed topic, new data or a new brief. We quote for it separately before starting.
Where the work does not match the brief we agreed, we correct it at no cost, whatever round it is.
We keep your files only while we need them, and delete them when we are done.
Kept only for the length of the engagement, and deleted within 30 days after it closes — that is, after delivery and any revisions.
The request and anything you sent with it are deleted within 30 days.
Your contact details, docket number, quote and payment records are kept for up to two years, for our accounts and in case you come back to us about the work.
Ask us — quoting your docket number — to delete your files or details sooner, and we will, and confirm it in writing. Payment records the law requires us to keep are the only exception.
We help you do your research well. We do not do it for you.
Help you frame the question, advise on methodology, run and explain the analysis on your data, edit for argument, structure and language, check referencing, and prepare you for your defence.
Write theses, dissertations, assignments or exam answers for you to submit as your own; invent data, results or references; or sit any test or assessment on your behalf.
Analysis is run on data you genuinely collected. We explain the output so you can report it accurately and defend it.
If your institution asks you to declare the help you received, declare it. We turn down any request that would break those rules.
If something went wrong, tell us. Raising a complaint never counts against you.
Email theendresearch1@gmail.com, call 0503 456 059 or message us on WhatsApp. Quote your docket number, say what went wrong and what you would like us to do.
Within 2 working days, in writing.
And reply in full within 10 working days, with what we found and what we will do about it — revising the work, redoing it, or refunding part or all of the fee.
Ask for the complaint to be reviewed by the head of the consultancy, who will reply in writing with a final decision.
Complaints are handled under the same confidentiality as your work.
Email theendresearch1@gmail.com, call 0503 456 059, or message us on WhatsApp — and quote your docket number if you have one.
