We read it and reply
Within 24 hours you get a written reply: what we would do, what it would cost, and how long it would take. If it is not work we should take on, we say so.
The session, or the work
Either a scheduled meeting where we go through your draft with you, or offline analysis and editing returned to you with the reasoning written out.
