FAQ: Costs, Turnaround & Confidentiality | The End Research

Question 1

How much does document work cost?

Accepted Answer

Document work is quoted on scope, not from a price list: it depends on the length of the document, the stage it has reached, the help it needs and your deadline. The quote comes in writing with our reply, and nothing starts until you have agreed to it. Sending a request is free.

Question 2

How quickly can you complete it?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the work, and you know before you commit — every written reply says how long it will take. Online consultations can usually be booked within 48 hours. If your deadline is fixed, put it in the request so we can tell you whether we can meet it.

Question 3

Are my documents and data confidential?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your drafts, data, topic and personal details are used only for your engagement, are never shown to or shared with anyone else, and are deleted once the engagement is over. Our privacy and confidentiality policy sets out the detail.

Question 4

Do you write entire theses for students?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not write work for you to submit as your own. We help you frame the question, choose and run the analysis, strengthen the argument and edit the language — so the thesis you submit is yours, and you can defend every part of it.

Question 5

What happens after I submit the form?

Accepted Answer

You get a docket number on screen straight away. Within 24 hours we send a written reply: what we would do, what it would cost and how long it would take — or, if it is not work we should take on, we say so. Nothing is booked or charged until you confirm.

Question 6

How many revisions are included?

Accepted Answer

Two rounds of revisions are included on the work we deliver, as long as they stay within the scope we agreed — including changes your supervisor asks for on that work. A new chapter, a new topic or new data is quoted separately.

Question 7

Can you work with supervisor comments?

Accepted Answer

Yes — it is one of the most common reasons people come to us. Send the comments with your draft, and we work through each one with you and show how the revised version answers it.

Question 8

Do you handle urgent requests?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when the deadline leaves enough time to do the work properly. Put the deadline in your request and our reply will tell you plainly whether we can meet it. A very short deadline can change the quote.

Question 9

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Mobile Money and bank transfer. The payment details come with your written quote. Consultation fees are settled before or at the session; for document work, payment is agreed in writing before any work starts.

Question 10

Do you offer face-to-face consultations in Accra?

Accepted Answer

Consultations run as scheduled video calls by default, so you can join from anywhere in Ghana. If you are in Accra and would rather meet in person, say so in your request and we will arrange it where we can.

Question 11

What happens if you cannot accept my request?

Accepted Answer

We tell you in writing within 24 hours, and why. You owe us nothing, and anything you sent us is deleted.
